Reshet (a broadcaster on Israel’s Channel 2) approached Tvinci to upgrade their video offering. As an active broadcaster Reshet understood the Internet’s potential and chose to first upload several thousand clips – mostly five minute segments from popular shows. It was important to them that the website match their TV broadcasting schedule and in accordance with EPG. The system uploads program segments automatically after a program has ended on television.
The innovative interface allows watching all the content on a single screen, building personal playlists, and rating favorite segments – and all with minimal faults. Everything is drag and drop and easy to use. As soon as the site’s video player was launched, the site was listed as one of the leading sites in the country.
