Ron is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kaedan Capital which has been engaged in investments in Internet, digital media, software and mobile businesses since 2001, and was selected by The Marker as one of Israel's top 20 technology investors. Ron also serves as the Chairman of Citynet Ltd., Israel's leading multi platform web, TV and mobile sports content provider, and acts as a board director in several Internet portfolio companies assisting with finance, strategy, and marketing.

Ron holds an MBA from the Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University, with majors in Finance and Marketing, and an LL.B. degree from Tel Aviv University.

Ofer is a seasoned Internet entrepreneur with a background in IPTV services, selected by Forbes as one of the 300 promising young entrepreneurs in Israel. As a senior project manager at CoolVision, Ofer successfully lead the development and deployment of an international video chat operation. Ofer was a partner at Frido, a boutique provider of creative internet solutions and co-founded Tvinci in 2007 with Ido Wiesenberg.

Ofer holds an LLB in law and a BA in Government from IDC, Hertzelia.

Ido co-founded Tvinci in 2007 with Ofer Shayo. Previously, Ido worked as the CEO and Founder of Frido, a boutique provider of creative internet solutions. Ido held the position of Creative Director in online agencies Tribal DDB and Grey Interactive and managed the 2006 internet campaign for the Kadima party, who went on to win the Israel elections.

Selected by Forbes as one of the top 300 promising young entrepreneurs in Israel, Ido holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the Tel Aviv University.

Avidan joined Tvinci after 14 years at NDS where he developed a career as the Technical Director and Line Manager for VideoGuard. Avidan has vast experience with DRM due to his involvement with a number of industry shaping projects including the development of XTV PVR for BSkyB’s Sky Plus service.

Avidan holds an Executive MBA in Integrative Management from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, as well as an Electronics Engineering degree from the Ort Technology Centre in Jerusalem.

Amir is a veteran in the media and technology industry with 16 years of solid track record in the fields of SW security, e-paper innovation and TV technologies. Amir spent a total of 9 years at NDS driving business development and product marketing for new products. Before joining Tvinci, Amir was the Director in charge of the NDS OTT product, taking it all the way from idea to multiple customer deployments. In addition, he is also an inventor of a few registered patents in the field of TV interactivity, PVR technology and IPTV.

Amir holds an Executive MBA from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology (Cum Laude), as well as a BA degree in Economics and Business Management from Bar Ilan university.

Yonatan was the first to join the founders at Tvinci, as a member of the company's management team. For nearly 5 years he has been focusing on shaping the Tvinci brand and the company's marketing activity. A passionate advocate for OTT, Yonatan shares his views on the latest trends and developments in the industry through the payOTT.TV blog, of which he is founding chief-editor. Prior to joining Tvinci, Yonatan was a marketing manager at DYN Diagnostics, and served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force. Yonatan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tel Aviv University with a BA in Economics and Philosophy, and continued to pursue an MBA at Wharton Business School.

Adina joined Tvinci in 2008. Previously, she led the successful expansion of a non-profit organization as it entered into new territories, whilst raising sufficient funds for the process. Adina established and formed the Delivery department at Tvinci and currently maintains the global pre-sale and accounts efforts as active member of the company management from its London based office. As well as a BA in Economics and Jewish Philosophy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Adina also holds an MBA from the Tel Aviv University, majoring in information technologies and strategy.
